The Opportunity: This is an opportunity to come and help influence sales, the team and the Footasylum brand in one of our exciting stores, based at Birmingham Fort. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front end retail staff and we continue to defy the ordinary. If customer experience is important to you, we will give you the opportunity to harness this into an environment that will allow you to feel a sense of achievement each day. As a part-time member of the team you will be expected to be fully available over Saturday and Sundays, with midweek availability preferable for candidates. Skills: You have got a passion for footwear & clothing that matches our company ethos. Experience working within the fashion retail industry is not a must but you have got a keen eye for trends, especially what is going on in your area. A friendly and an outgoing personality that is reflected with excellent customer service and a genuine enthusiasm. We want for you to follow our direction but also put forward your own ideas, all with the masterplan to develop you to the next level

This behind the scenes Sales Adviser role will play a vital part in this new way of working! In our Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved.
Your role at Superdrug as one of these Sales Advisers will be ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, taking online orders and picking them for our customers and packing them to be sent directly to their doors.
This will be a temporary role, while our doors are closed and an essential role to ensure we can provide our products to those in need.

Hours: 8 hours a week (shifts vary 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm - must be available Sat & Sun
Salary: £6.70 - £ 8.86
